ll rooms are equipped with a video projector and screen, air conditioning, sound system with both fixed and wireless microphones, flip charts, and professional Wi-Fi connection. Each meeting room is located on the same floor as its restroom facilities, benefits from natural light, and can be darkened for presentations.

• The “Fienile” Hall, created from a beautifully restored former hayloft, features stone walls, large windows, and a surface area of 92 m². It is located in the same farmhouse as the “La Grattugia” restaurant, found on the ground floor. This hall is mainly used for medium-sized conferences and can host up to 80–90 people.
• The “Vigneto” Hall, a medium-sized space of 60 m², is located within the residential wing of the guest rooms. It offers the same equipment as the larger hall and is primarily used for residential training courses.
• The “Levante” Hall, our smallest meeting space at 38 m², is located near the main hall and is often chosen for small corporate meetings that include coffee breaks or quick working lunches. It is equipped with the same facilities as the other rooms.
• The “Caseificio” Hall is our most distinctive meeting space. Situated in our former dairy, where Parmigiano Reggiano was produced until only a few years ago, it offers 170 m² of carefully restored space, fully equipped for meetings and corporate events. The original stainless-steel and copper vats have been preserved, along with a dedicated display area for historic cheesemaking tools — a heritage that allows us to share countless stories and anecdotes from the local tradition. In the former brining room, where cheese wheels once floated, we have relocated our family’s traditional vinegar cellar, now open to visitors. A kitchen located in the former resting room, where the cheese took its final shape, allows us to provide catering services during meetings or to host educational activities and team-building events. Adjacent to the Caseificio Hall, clad in natural larch wood slats, is La Bottega della Razza, our farm shop offering organic products from our own estate along with selected local and national gourmet specialties.

We also offer additional services such as welcome coffee, coffee breaks, and light lunches served either seated or buffet-style.
