The entire staff
There are many other collaborators working in our agriturismo and it’s not easy to mention everyone, but we estimate everybody!
Someone works in the fields, someone takes care of the animals, someone makes cheese and someone sells it. Someone does maintenance, accounting, golf assistance, someone throw away the garbage. There are so many duties in a tourist farm like la Razza but as a representative of all our collaborators we want to show you a photo of our wonderful “rezdore” (women cook) who passionately hand make the traditional recipes of Emilia for you.
