Every day, countless products arrive on our tables, and yet we often know little about their unique qualities and the traditions that make them special. Some are the fruit of centuries-old customs and skills, handed down from generation to generation.<\/p>\n

By exploring even a single local food, you can discover the culture of the place where it is made, understanding its characteristics, interpreting the spirit of its people, and appreciating the nuances that make our country so wonderfully diverse.<\/p>\n

We are delighted to welcome you to our farm, where together we can enjoy the authentic flavors of the Reggio Emilia tradition<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Your tastings will be enriched with stories and insights from those who have dedicated their lives to crafting Reggio Emilia\u2019s most iconic products, following the time-honored methods of our ancestors.<\/em><\/p>\n

All of this takes place in a truly atmospheric setting, a place where you can not only feel and \u201cbreathe\u201d tradition, but also step inside the historic spaces where these products were once made<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Yes , our tastings take place in our former dairy, where cheese was once made daily, and in our family\u2019s historic vinegar cellar.<\/p>\n
